My Last Goodbye Limited and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop on this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. These policies are effective from the 1st October 2023.
Shipping
We currently only deliver to the following London and Home Counties postcodes within a five-mile radius of our shop in Ruislip Gardens. Delivery to these postcodes is free of charge. Orders from outside of these areas will usually be rejected. .
We prefer to deliver directly to funeral homes, crematoriums, and burial grounds.
Please ensure that you enter full and accurate details, including the address and the postal code, of the recipient. My Last Goodbye Limited will not be responsible for any orders that are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information being supplied by you.
Cancellations
You are able to cancel your order without charge up to 48 hours prior to your selected delivery date and time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your selected delivery date and time will be charged in full. Notice of cancellation of an order should be sent as soon as possible to orders@mylastgoodbye.co.uk. You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances.
Products
Some flowers are seasonable or may be subject to limited availability and therefore all products are subject to availability. We may need to substitute the variety of flowers from time to time. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent quality without notice. We may deliver certain flower products in bud to ensure longer life. My Last Goodbye does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by My Last Goodbye Limited itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to request a refund.
Returns
As floral tributes for funerals are perishable goods we are unable to accept returns. If you have any concerns regarding the condition of the goods you receive please email us at orders@mylastgoodbye.co.uk. We will do our upmost to put right any issues that you have. Due to the perishable nature of most of our products you are advised to make any complaint within one working day of the delivery date of your products
Prices
The price payable for the products that you order is shown on the My Last Goodbye website. Our prices are shown inclusive of sales taxes and delivery. If the price of a product is incorrectly shown and is higher than stated, we will either send you an email informing you of the new price and asking you if you want to proceed with your order or we will cancel the order and inform you. If the price of a product is lower than stated on the My Last Goodbye website, we will send you the product and charge you the lower price.
Payment
We accept payment by credit card and debit card. Unless you hold Partner status, we will not dispatch a product until we have received payment from you. If for any reason payment is refused after we have dispatched the products we will have the right to request the payment from you. If you hold Partner status you will be invoiced in arrears and payment will be due in accordance with the agreed commercial terms or if no such terms are agreed then you will be invoiced monthly and shall have 30 days to pay in full. Late payments shall be charged in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
